Overview

Ayati Lake View is a residential project by Ayati Properties, developed with The Build Workshop, a design and build firm based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We’ve worked with the client for 17+ years, and this project — a sequel to an earlier development — needed a brochure for its launch. Our scope covered brochure design and layout, including a unique fold structure that reveals key pages as the reader opens it.

Challenge

17+ years of working together meant the client trusted us fully with the design — they shared the brief and their colour palette, and left the creative direction entirely in our hands. With that trust came a tighter kind of focus: the brochure had to move efficiently from design in Ahmedabad through to print and delivery in Hyderabad, keeping every stage precise and on track.

Outcome

The brochure was completed, printed, and delivered in time for the project launch.
