Overview

Green Napkins is a hygiene brand based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, making sanitary pads and diapers. This was one of our earliest projects as a studio. We designed the pouch packaging for three of their product lines: Kacey (sanitary pads), Jumper (diapers) and Little Toddler (toddler diapers). Every design was created to feel distinct from the others, while the whole range still looks like one brand.

Challenge

The client gave us reference material but no fixed guidelines, so every design direction had to be built from scratch.

With three product lines to cover, the challenge was to give each one its own identity while keeping the overall system minimal and clean, without losing shelf presence. Products like these sit next to many competing brands, so each pack had to be noticed and recognised quickly.

As a young studio still learning the print production process, we found that getting each design production-ready took longer than expected. It shaped how carefully we approach every detail today.

Approach

We started from the client’s references and developed each product line on its own. Our aim was packaging that is minimal yet eye-catching. Colour was the main tool for telling the products apart, and the visual language stayed simple and uncluttered. This way, each line is easy to identify, and the three lines still look like they belong together.

Outcome

The project delivered a complete set of distinct pouch packaging designs across Green Napkins’ three product lines: Kacey, Jumper and Little Toddler.
